Carbon Reduction Plan

1. Commitment to Achieving Net Zero

Tickbox is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 in line with UK Government targets. We recognise our responsibility to minimise environmental impact through the way we operate, deliver services, and engage suppliers. Our work focuses on internal audit and advisory services, activities that are primarily office and technology-based, which give us significant control over our emissions profile.

2. Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline Year: 2026 (first full year of operations)

Scope 1: Not yet measured — no material emissions to date
Scope 2: Not yet measured — no material emissions to date
Scope 3: Not yet measured — no material emissions to date

Supporting Note:

Tickbox Solutions Limited was incorporated in July 2025 and therefore has not yet completed a full operational year from which to calculate baseline greenhouse gas emissions. Our first full year of operations will be 2026, which will serve as our baseline year for carbon measurement.

We are committed to quantifying and reporting our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and UK Government guidance during 2026 and will publish our first complete emissions report and updated Carbon Reduction Plan thereafter.

Our baseline year will therefore be 2026, and we will report our total emissions across:

  • Scope 1: Direct emissions (e.g. heating, any company vehicles);
  • Scope 2: Indirect emissions (e.g. purchased electricity);
  • Scope 3: Indirect emissions (e.g. business travel, employee commuting, waste, and procurement).

3. Current Emissions Reporting

As a newly incorporated company, we have no historical emissions data and no significant operational emissions to report for the current period.

Our carbon footprint reporting will commence once a full year of operational activity has been completed, and data will be included in our next annual Carbon Reduction Plan update.

4. Emissions Reduction Targets

Tickbox commits to achieving Net Zero by 2050 and to setting formal, data-driven interim reduction targets once our first baseline year (2026) is established.
